Espresso Macchiato
A traditional macchiato - two shots of our signature espresso blend topped with a spoonful of foamed milk.
Cortado
4oz size only. Equal parts espresso (two shots) and steamed milk.
Cappuccino
6oz size only. Equal parts espresso (two shots), steamed milk, and milk foam.
Latte
12 oz. size only. Two shots of espresso, steamed milk, and a thin layer of milk foam on top.
Americano
Two shots of espresso pulled over 6oz or 12oz of hot water.
Affogato
Scoops of Guernsey vanilla ice cream with two shots of our signature espresso pulled on top. Creamy, sweet, and rich.

Our signature cold brew infused with nitrogen. Cold, smooth, and dark.
Nitro Brew Float
Scoops of Guernsey’s vanilla ice cream with our Nitro Brew filled to the top. Sweet, strong, and smooth.

Our Compass Blend coffee brewed over ice and served over fresh ice. Bright, strong and refreshing.
